So I couldn't beat the number 1 guy today because his ep got to go every single time. I don't get how my Rex and b2 can have full tm and EP catches up and go first before both of them. My Rex is faste...

Oh yea, with a rex lead both of your teams will be gaining TM whenever they are getting hit with crits so if everyone gets to 100% TM its RNG as to who goes first then. Speed just determines how fast a specific character will gain TM when not getting bonus TM from other skills.
