Toon lock at start of territory battle and territory war

Hey CG any update on the toon lock? Zetas and gear I upgraded before the “lock” of my grand arena did not take effect. Unlike TW when you can leave and then rejoin once you join Grand Arena those to...

...or wait until your upgrades are done to join GAC since you know when the lock occurs.
