Is there any room for tarkin somehow?
Tarkin generally isn't that great in Empire squads. He can only apply 1 debuff (2 if you're against Rebels), his basic doesn't do nearly the damage you'd want from someone with as little utility or tankiness as him, and his AOE doesn't hit hard enough or reduce TM often enough to be that great. He's not absolutely awful (he could even be considered decent against Rebel teams), but he's not as valuable as any of the usual Empire guys.
