I dont have Palpatine yet but I have a full rebel squad so I hope to have a 7* EP when his event come again.
I'd like to have Shoretrooper but he's at 3* and i'm FTP so I dont think i could count on him.
Could u help me form a squad, if not completely empire, based on empire toons?
Vader as a leader has Sith Synergies is you want to add Sidious instead of palps for now. But that might mess the rest of your build
