Trying to purchase LSB but getting an error

EA_Gunner​ Here is my original post with the video.  This only happens when trying to purchase the Malgus LSB for me but other have complained about getting Malgus and not being able to purchase Solo.  Bigger issue at play here then connectivity issues.  I have tried on multiple devices, multiple networks, Clearing cache, everything I can think of.

It won't let me purchase it on the webstore!  I can purchase anything else except the Malgus bundle!  It's the only item failing to let me purchase.  Literally just bought the Tambor LSB and last night Ben Solo LSB and Crystals.  I'll repeat this again it won't let me or the 100 some odd other posters in the forums purchase the LSB on the webstore!  I have already tried the in-game support and have no response at all.

I am really starting to get sick and tired of this ridiculous game. Every single day I run into issues with errors and having to restart my game because of constant lagging or something that is wrong with this game. And now I go to purchase the Malgus LSB and right when I am about to purchase I receive an error and refresh and now the LSB is completely gone like I actually purchased the package when I didn’t!!! I am so sick and tired of the constant errors in this stupid game!!!!

I’ve tried to purchase this bundle multiple times to zero avail. I’ve reached out to support and they have provided zero assistance other than the AI generated responses that were unhelpful. I would like to purchase this or at least know if they’re trying to fix it. Any help would be great

I tried buying the Darth Malgus lightspeed bundle but it gave me an error. Then I was reimbursed crystals for the purchase. I want the malgus bundle still. When I see it in the store it says oops something went wrong and I cannot buy it anymore. 

I bought the darth malgus bundle but was given an error. I was reimbursed crystals but I want the character still. Now if i try to get him on the webstore, it says something went wrong. It disappears. Ally code: 532-246-577
