Trying to purchase LSB but getting an error

Please fix the web-store.  I was able to purchase the Ben Solo LSB but I tried purchasing the Malgus LSB and it says it encountered an error.  Now it's disappeared and I can't see it.  It will randomly show back up but every time I try to purchase it says it encountered an error.  Please fix this!

  • Unable to purchase Malgus LSB.  I ended up accidentall purchasing the Ben Solo LSB, but I would prefer to get the Malgus one.  Or at least be able to buy it as now it just says error and won't let me. 

  • I purchased the Malgus lsb on the web store with no issue, however I can not purchase the Ben solo lsb. It pops up saying “ Oops…. Something went wrong. Please try again” When I click off of the error message, the bundle is gone all together. When I refresh the page or log out and log back in the bundle appears again, but still doesn’t let me purchase it.

  • As mentioned in the title, when I go onto the store, the bundle is available for me to buy but when I click on it to buy it, the R2D2 image comes up saying "Oops something went wrong, try again" and then the bundle disappears from the store and reappears later after few minutes and same mistake occurs again. I do not have Ben Solo in my account so I don't know what is causing this issue. EA_Hux​ EA_Gunner​ Hoping you guys can help out!

    I checked my order history and it says it tried to process and failed twice, as stated above I wasn't charged and bought other items since then with no issues, but I do really want this bundle. I tried going through PayPal and canceling the pending order but it's not an option and there wasn't an option to cancel the failed order on EA's website.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

     

  • EA and CG, what the hell is going on with you guys!?

    I've been trying to purchase the Darth Malgus LSB for 6 days now, but your webstore is still glitching out whenever I click on the green Buy Now button, giving me that R2D2 popup that says "Ooops! Something went wrong. Please, try again." The LSB disappears for a while, but comes back after waiting for a bit, but whenever I go to buy it again, the error repeats ad infinitum.

    I purchased the C-3PO, Shadows of the Empire, R2D2, and the Leia's Rebel Renegade LSBs, as well as the Episode Pass released today, with no issues whatsoever.

    I've posted on here several times regarding this Darth Malgus LSB issue, and I've read many other players' posts having the same issue with this LSB, and other issues these last several days, and nobody is hearing anything, and the issues still persist.

    The Darth Malgus LSB issue is still not fixed, and this LSB offer expires in 3 hours. I've heard absolutely nothing from either EA or CG.

    What the hell is wrong with you guys!? Do you even care about your customers' issues!? Particularly paying customers!? I've never seen this level of careless disregard for customers from a gaming company and a game publisher; you take the goddamn cake on this one. Goddamn frustrating! You're pushing your customers away!

    Show me some good will, either fix the issue in time for me to purchase the Darth Malgus LSB, or better yet gift it to me for my troubles these last 6 days.

  • So I’d purchased all the upcoming lightspeed bundles for swgoh to help with time consumption and resources in game play.  The issue I’m having is when I tried to purchase the General Grievous bundle, and it said pending purchase.  I’d had the funds in my account and had purchased the other bundles at the time.  I’d tried cancelling the purchase and redoing it. With the same pending purchase glitch.  Is there any way to claim this purchase?  Are you guys bringing it back?  It takes the fun out of the game when things like this happen.
