The difference between winning and losing a territory war is not that significant. The only time I see it as such is mentioned above. Your guild is in the tier that, win you get a zeta, lose you don’t. Guilds aren’t asking members to sit out of TW just to move down a bracket for an easy win. Zeta’s are the coveted prize. My guild has not won a TW yet and it isn’t because we are faced up against a guild that was “expoliting” the system. It just doesn’t make any sense to ask people to sit out. People forget to sign up. People sign up and then don’t participate as much as others. Some guilds have good strategy, some don’t.
The only “fix” that I see needed you can’t count a players entire inventory towards the registered GP. It should be counted as just the toons greater than or equal to 6000 for each player. A lot of people star up toons for TB platoons with no intentions of using them other than that but you can’t use those toons in TW but they still get counted as active GP.
