TW matching

Anyone of you is aware on how the matching system works for TW ?
To me (and to my guild) sounds a bit crappy.
We always paired with guild full of “whales”, while we are all free to play players and consequently we are on a lower level.
How is your experience about this?

    Yeah, it has been months me and my guild cannot win a TW.
    And we are not the only guild complaining about this, so maybe the mathing system is broken.

    They refuse to do the easy method and just match up guilds in same bracket. They think their "matchmaking algorithm" is all the rage. It causes rage because it doesn't work. Then you have the guilds that are so petty they game the system having weak alt accounts sign up to lower the overall GP.
