My friend, if you're sick of losing I highly recommend joining Crimson Order of the Force. We regularly face guilds with anywhere from 50M - 150M GP higher than us, and clearly (see screenshot) we've been crushing it 😏

That aside, while you are quite right that the match making is rather obnoxious, but if your guild is highly active, communicates & coordinates with each other well you'll be surprised what odds you can overcome with the right strategies.
