TW matchup: Is that really fix? 129m GP vs 149m GP

It is just not that fair for 20m gap even the defense team is 24 team per territory (even Republic really missed 2-3 people that is still a little bit too high). So did CG really fix it? Any guild...

Everyone knows this. so in this case do you think Replublic missed three 3m guys? then they are at 140mGP (47/50) vs 129mGP (50/50) and 11mGP gap doesn't metter right?
