If you run a full rebel squad in fleet then you must have a strong Phoenix team or they get smoked.
They are a great faction and worth the investment for fleet, GA,TW. They free up a better squad for offence and can get a kill or two on defence.
Problem is Phoenix teams people face have maybe a zeta or two in them and subpar mods.
You would be schooled against a full zeta and full 6 dot mod Phoenix team.
