CUP sucks... I have him 4 stars level 59. He rarely gets a stun, and his grenade does minimal damage. But he is useful on my GW suicide squad. He can take a few hit and get off a bomb or two. But he's just out there to die lol... No more resources going to him. I wanted him for stun purposes... Supposed to be 25% but he stuns waaaaaay less than 1 out of 4 times
