TW/TB over lap?

Question

why are these events over lapping?  now players cant switch guild in between events without missing out on the rewards. we were set to have 2 people join us after TW now they cant because they will be forced to lose rewards from one or the other.  there should atleast be a minimum of an hour in between

They compressed the schedule to fit in the extra event this month.
