Unable to sell mod

I have this old mod that I am trying to sell to remove from my mod inventory, but it doesn't show up in the sell mod screen. This isn't the only mod that is not showing up, I have others. Since this is already at level 15 I can't use the new sell mod button in the upgrade screen :(
I've tried locking and unlocking to mod to see if that changes it and allows me to sell it, but that doesn't work.



Anyone encountered this and have a way to sell these mods?
