Unable to update forum account/profile information

I am currently unable to update my email or password for my forum account. Option seems to be there, but the update "pencil" icons do nothing. I've tried in FireFox and Chrome, as well as the Opera browser and built in Android browser on my phone. I am also not the only person this is an issue for it seems.
