Unattainable Characters

I am just curious, are there currently any characters that are impossible to get to 7* if one were to start farming their shards right now? The reason I ask is because I know in some games there are ...

None at the moment. Although some have less frequency to obtain such as Yoda/ Emperor/ likely R2-D2.
