should be 2 turns when activated,You think you have it timed right,then your guy goes again removing it,then you get anihilated...restart,so repetetive and annoying.2 turns would eliminate this.

You get -10% speed when it's active, but that seems like such a small amount that I'm not sure why they bothered with it. Maybe if it were like Thrawn's Fracture and had -50% speed (or thereabouts), it'd be easier to time. Nihilus gaining speed helps if you bang on him enough to get him to take a turn before UW runs out, but it's not always a sure thing. I'd also be a lot easier if everyone had access to UW when it's unlocked, not just some random hero.
