TIE Punisher Ship Concept
Inspiration: With two Empire Fleets (Executrix and Chimaera) and nine Empire Ship Units (not counting the three Capital Ships, not counting Executor as it works best with Bounty Hunters), a few more Empire ships are needed to fill out a second fleet. The TIE Punisher was created after the Battle of Yavin and was designed to be a beefier TIE Bomber with four concussive missile launchers. It didn't see much use due to its very high production cost.

Attacks and Abilities
Basic: Light Cannons
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Target Lock for 2 turns. This attack can't be Evaded by Rebels.
Target Lock: Gain Defence Up for 2 turns and explode Concussion Mines on the enemy.
Special: Punishing Bombardment (Cooldown: 5)
Deal Physical damage to all enemies and place 4 Concussion Mines on them. In addition, inflict Protection Disruption on all enemy Tanks for 2 turns. This ability starts on cooldown.
Concussion Mines: Deals damage equal to 10% of the target's Max Health and Dazes the target for 2 turns when it explodes. Can't be dispelled.
Unique: Heavy Deflector
TIE Punisher gains +20% Health and Protection for each active Empire ship. In addition, for each Concussion Mine that explodes, all Empire ships gain 10% Turn Meter, and +2% Health and Protection (stacking) until the end of the encounter.
Reinforcement: Punish
Enter Battle: TIE Punisher inflicts Concussion Mines on all enemies and Taunts for 3 turns.
