Underage account

Ive been playing this game for quite a while now and have been handicapped by an underage account restriction that apparently cannot be fixed. Ive contacted EA at least a half dozen times over the last six months and still they insist there is no way to change this. I find this hard to believe and ridiculous. I cannot participate in guild chat, change my name, etc. Ohh but wait, i can still buy charge my credit card to buy crystals! How ludicrous is that. I would have hoped that given the numerous complaints on this topic that some "fix" would have been created for this problem. A simple fix would be to re-prompt the user so they could re-enter the correct age - a simple solution that for some reason cannot be done, Ill give this a few more months then i am done with the game. And no i am not starting from scratch as one extremely helpful representative suggested...
