Yep - posted this in another thread. But they are fairly terrible. They couldn't take out a Phoenix team several gear levels below theirs. They should be able to - bounty hunters are, at least theoretically, a solid counter to Phoenix with thermal detonators (which don't create counter opportunities), ability blocks, stuns, strong single shot DPS - and yet, despite being an ideal counter team synergistically, they can't even come close to being effective.
They need A LOT of help in terms of a rework. Honestly, at this point, I've stopped pouring resources into them (mine are mostly g11 already - and probably the weakest g11 toons and team I have).
