It's pretty clear what will be needed for the Galactic Legends. Not sure what more information you'll need. They require a boatload of characters from Resistance and First Order, and a vast majority of those characters will need to be something like R3 minimum.
So if you think you'll be able to unlock those characters just start pumping up every member of First Order and/or Resistance. Get them all to G13 and sit on the relic materials if you want to try and bare minimum the event then when they release details like they just did yesterday, you can finish off those characters.
There is a lot of information needed.
-Which faction should I focus on first? This won’t be known at least until the character kits are known
-There are 13 pre-requisites for each faction - but only 10 FO toons In the game so far. Will the other 3 be ships? More new FO toons? CUP? We don’t know.
-Will Resistance need just all 13 toons geared up, or will it be 10 + something similar to FO?
