Then you understand the rules given by the Devs: Uniques can NOT function after death.
Those uniques are triggered by the death of the abilitybearer, so it's perfectly WAI. Like the others already said, unique abilities that state: "XY does Z at the endof the turn" or "XY gives YX Z" must not persist after the death of that character. But the description of those characters clearly says: " When XY dies all allies gain Z", so it is not a permanent unique ability, like those from Baze, Barris etc. , but it is one that is caused once in their "lives" by one event, which is their death. Sorry to say that but it's like comparing apples and oranges, they are completely different, so please drop your critics about it and move on, because it is WAI.
