Unknown Dispel

So I have been seeing this for a while now and never really knew what was happening but since it was minor I did not really care but I am curious if I am missing somwthing or if this is a bug.

When facing a standard JMK team there are times where after CAT uses force leap Kenobi has his debuffs dispelled. I know that when an ally targets him with an ability he is cleansed, I know that if ashoka scores a critical hit she dispels a random debuff from an ally but neither of these things occurs. I only see this happen once during a single battle and thats during the initial force leap but I dont see it happening everytime which is even more confusing.

For instance the battle I just did I have the DC where a scoundrel ally applies ability block on enemy they target so I mirrored a JMK turn order is as follows. Enemy JMK uses second special on CAT-> I do the same and with the DC CAT is called to assist and applies aboloty block on JMK-> enemy CAT uses force leap and the ability block is immediately dispelled from JMK. Am I missing something in the kit for why this would happen?

Again this only happenes when CAT uses force leap and it does not happen everytime, which is more confusing. I see this happen when I use my JML as well
