Hi everyone! My account was blocked by mistake 1.5 years ago. I want to get back in the game now. The lucifer used to deal with this question, but it was last online in August 2022. EA's support directs the issue to be resolved with a lucifer on the forum.
How do I solve this problem? If the lucifer has not been on the network for a long time, and EA support cannot solve this issue without it? I inserted a message from EA into the text. Please help!
