Unreasonably difficult

I am trying to wrap my head around this. I'm fighting people 5 levels higher than me sometimes 8 levels higher. I have yet to actually finish a galactic war. I have pretty good characters and am ranked decent in arena yet I am getting paired with people that I cannot beat even with all my characters. This really needs to be looked at. Somehow we need to be paired with people the same level maybe 2 levels up MAX but the way it is now, I can't get very far without losing every character. I really hope I'm not alone here.
