The changes are value added and improvments, at least for those that are working to build teams to use in Heroic. It also has an interesting benefit for my current guild. Story time regarding unintended consequences of your Sith Raid:
The guild cohesion issue is significant in both heroic and non-heroic guilds. My guild was was solid 120 million GP, but our failures in clearing heroic fragmented the guild to the point the owner left, tensions built, and we lost over a dozen of our top end players to other guilds. I enjoy the game, but not how this imploded the guild I enjoyed even more. The demoralizing effect resulted in 1/4 of tbe guild not even caring to reach 500 raid tickets per day. Tensions built again. I already resolved never to activate Traya. In a last bit of frustration, and hoping to play the game differently, I actually left my guild to join a 20 million GP guild. Note that I'm pushing 2.6 million. I already don't care for arena, so because of the Sith Raid and the delay to address it, I'm an end game user who completely removed all motivation to progress and spend only to be part of an active guild. Thats what I want out of this game, and I'm actually having a blast as a FTP player who can single handedly alter the upward trajectory of a low guild. Fun experiment.
Now this low end guild I'm is gonna get Raid Han and GK a bit earlier I suppose. Good for them. This will actually make it easier for me to help clear STR at lower levels.
