This. They've added the ability to favorite toons you haven't even unlocked yet - so why would I want them at the top of my team building screen? While I can tolerate it (barely) in the default roster screen, having favorites at the top, with no way to toggle it off in the team building screen is a step backwards.
This makes no sense. Have you actually seen an unactivated character at the top of your team building screen? Of course not, because you can't select them for a team.
