[UPDATE] Favorites Sorting Roster Change

Whatever mod merged these threads, good job. They were about two different topics--one of them being the roster display with favorites active, the other being in-battle positioning of your squad.

Oh wow, you’re right... didn’t even include that whole box of filtering for the squad selection screen.

Not a fan, but only when in the team building screen. Other than that I like it.

So sort by power again when that's what you want to see? The idea of favorites is you are supposed to mark characters your working on. So much easier to just have the bubble up to the top by default.

The point is, that in this screen, you can't sort yourself. The order is fixed. And if your favourites are the unfinished characters, which you are currently working on — and hence are not ready for battle yet — the selection of your team for the battle is .....

I preferred old way of power default. Don’t like my favourites messing up the screen, I had a LOT of favourites so the view was messed up

In the battle screen? Sure, that's a pain, and not sure why it got there. But I didn't see OP (or the people I quoted) mention that, it seemed like they were talking about the inventory screen.

Do you really just grab your top 5 power for any battle ever?

I just removed all the favorites. Favorites wasn't a feature I used much anyway

I actually like it very much in the team selection menu aswell. One of the few modes i actually select toons manually is GW, and you guessed it, that's where you can actually use the characters you're working on.
For all the other modes i've got squads pre-selected. And even if i have to select a character or two manually, scrolling past 5 or so favourite toons isn't going to be the end of the world. Actually, the added filters make it even easier than it was before.
I honestly don't know how you can hate on this aspect of the update. In most scenarios i can come up with it's easier now than it used to be.
