I'd think the thing to do would be to go to the new player help section and ask, "How does one take down KRU, he 4 on 1'd me" and get some constructive help.
As always, game like these tend towards increasing player frustration - not alleviating - as this is what turns a % of people into paying customers. The tiniest touch of humility and a simple question would get you way further.

So we ve moved on to that sorta thing. Honestly since we have no idea what characters you were using (fir all we know uganaut, CUP, Mob enforcer and greedo were your 4 toons), this is clearly a troll thread made in a fit of anger at being bad at the game.
