I'd think the thing to do would be to go to the new player help section and ask, "How does one take down KRU, he 4 on 1'd me" and get some constructive help.
As always, game like these tend towards increasing player frustration - not alleviating - as this is what turns a % of people into paying customers. The tiniest touch of humility and a simple question would get you way further.

Reminds me of the recent CG employee being witty fiasco. The man only thought to help. And he is kinda right although we already wrote a ton of good info (and an equal ton of arguments on this thread lol) so ask away here exactly what you need and I will answer to the best of my capabilities. I run a KRU in my main arena team and I am rank 10-20.
