Let's take bets on when the proposed raid reward update coming later today go onto affect. My bet , end of April.

I would suspect that any changes would go Into effect on one of the upcoming client restart/server updates. And, any changes will go into effect once current open raids are finished and the next ones started , similar to how Naat was handled last year.
