This is a useless feature that no one should use because it's terrible and it's always been terrible. Time and resources would be much better spent on anything else. Like raising the cap for mod loadouts, which is 200, when we are nearing 300 characters. Loadout cap should be doubled, at minimum. The mod recommendation... whatever.
