The shard shop can't be refreshed. That's why 7* Vader is still not possible by any legitimate means.
I would think if there was a legitimate 7* Vader, not only would EA know, they would announce it and make a big deal out of it. Kinda like they did when Han was first unlocked. Odda are, anyone running a 7* Vader is not doing so legitimately. Again, contacting CG_Luciphers Daddy is the correct course of action.
Where have you been? Shard shop refreshes were totally a thing like a month or 2 ago.
Yes, for 2 days - that was a very small window. Sorry if I wwasn't clear, I meant as a norm. Again, I would be extremely surprised if the giant money carrot that is Vader was legitimately 7 starred - and EA did not make a big deal over it.
He has been legitimately 7 starred by many, many people already. Without taking advantage of the shard shop refresh, I'm at 47/100 and have 18 more shards available from Achievements. Also, a little more luck in Shard Shop auto refreshes combined with some extra manual refreshes could easily net the remaining shards I would need.
