Vader Overpowered, Unbalance, take no strategy, just only luck with good speed mod

Please nerf Darth Vader, I know vader is good and I agreed but he is too overpowered, just by starting Vader's turn first he can kill all G13 with Relics so easily, it takes no skill and made no point...
