Vader rework

I think it's time to rework Vader. We are being inundated with Rebels because of Rogue One, and I dont think we're done seeing new Rebel toons yet, plus the Wiggs-Lando is meta on many servers right ...

Tried hoth rebel soldier? And now added to the 1 hard node only party are shoretrooper, baze and nihilis...

At least you can now get vader shards from fleet store.... Used to be you only got his shards from achievements.... Then they came out with shard shop..... You think Vader is hard now? You have no idea....
