So does this mean only scoundrel and rebel allies (toons with both tags) should gain 15 speed?

I think this is a fair analogy. I don't think EP's leader is a good analogy, because in that case the benefits are different for the two factions. With Vader and Lando, the benefit is identical for the factions and therefore it does not stack.

Let's ask, since the community can't mostly collectively agree.

@CG_Kozispoon, due to their dual Empire/Sith tag, is it a bug or WAI that Vader and EP get double the potential of TM removal under a Zader lead? Like the TFP situation, I think it's time this argument is also settled once and for all.

Yes, only scoundrels AND rebels get the buffs... Now... If the ability description stated: Scoundrel allies get +15 Speed and Rebel allies get +29% Critical Damage, then I would say yes, Han gets both bonuses applied to him... But that is not the case. The way it's worded it clearly says that the bonuses apply to both factions...

I do not believe this "so called" double bonus bug is giving 30% + 30% Offense to Zader and EP, or is it doing it sporadically, like the double chance at TM situation? Can anyone confirm?
