Plz rework him, he is "meh" and should be one of the most powerful characters specially because he is so hard to get (less now with ships). Yes, I do know he got a bit better with his zeta but imo bot...

At first I was not impressed with Vader but there are some characters that are a slow burn until they spike and I have seen he is most certainly one of them.
