This is the same argument people make for CW Chewie being a rebel.... it's just a no. Sorry, but the devs have spoken on this one.

That's because the rebellion didn't exist at that time, no one is asking for asajj to be empire

Asking for a different version of a character to be the character we have in game, is the same thing.
