Like many other characters in the game they may have many affiliations throughout their lives, but the character in GoH is a snapshot from a given part of their timeline. Thus CG has determined that this "version" will not include a Sith tag. Clearly her timeline has various affiliations such as Nightsister, ,Separatist, Scoundrel and Sith (debated). For this version they have used the Nightsister part of her timeline. So likely this is after leaving Dooku and realigning with the Nightsisters, but prior to her becoming a bounty hunter. Given that the Separatist tag seems off, but meh not my decision.

The other key thing in capgasp comment is affiliation. That means someone can be associated with the faction but does not have to be one to possibly get the affiliation.
