I was buying vet shards out of shipments as soon as they became available and switched to 3 x 100 cantina refreshes once they were put in there.
Im at 0/100 for chewie and 72/85 for han and would say a 33% drop rate is about right, except in double drops when it plummeted for me.
As f2p I may get there both to 7* for Rey, as I couldn’t have done more, but no guarantees.
