Not suprised Han would win. tenacity is so weak that - 32% potency is easy to overcome. Palps max base tenacity is only 31% so if he is not modded for tenacity only need 16% potency to reduce to min resist chance. Han solo and STH are lower base tenacity.

Yeah, I know. Two of my guild mates have one each and they love it. I belive they both bought them, too, as opposed to getting them in mod challenges.

But boy, oh boy, they make quite a difference.
