Vulture droids not fixed?

every time my vulture droid dies and the dupe droid shows up, it works. Up until Malevolence uses an ability and a 2nd vulture droid returns. At that point the dupe droid stops working. When I have managed to have a 2nd vulture droid summon (so 1 replacing player vulture droid, 2 from malevolence abilities summoning them) both of the ones that Malevolence called still worked. It's the dupe droid/shadow droid/player droid replacement (whatever you want to call it) that stops working. It only assists when the ally ship forces it to. However, both of the 2 Mal called in itself still assisted THAT ship and each other still.
