Vulture droids not fixed?

Little hard to test without a fleet GC up but it seems like the replacement VD you get from level 8 of Swarming Terror isn't assisting at all. Just did a test run where I never used a Mal ability other than its basic and went 0/4 on possible assists from the replacement summoned VD. Not a huge sample but it's been consistent with my observations of its behavior in past fights where I've had multiple VDs out.
