Was banned while attempting a tier 5 attempt after competing tier 4, was watching a video at the time to help me complete it free to play.
i have no clue as to how this happens as i havent cheated in my life!

We’ve seen some other reports from players who received a cheating action after playing Coliseum, but we can’t confirm from the forums whether your case is related or whether the action was applied incorrectly.
Unfortunately, we can’t review the evidence, remove the ban, or escalate an individual appeal from the forums.
If you believe the action was issued by mistake, please submit an appeal using the SWGOH ban appeal process and include the approximate date of the ban, and any relevant details about what happened:
