- Better tools for guild officers in TW and TB. Guilds make the game worth playing for many people. I know I would have left the game long ago without my guild mates and the good folks at 50 Shards. The Officers have the unsung and unpaid job of making this game better for the rest of us. It's worth it to spend some of the profits that they make possible on making officers' lives easier.
- Raids should offer a combination of omicrons, better high-relic faction bonuses, and/or less RNG allowing good strategic choices to consistently win. We don't want restarts in raids. I understand forcing people to struggle with lower-gear/relic squads in order to encourage them to spend, but there should be a way -- through learning the raid and developing skill or just through omis/relics -- to reach a place where restarts aren't necessary and people can reliably finish their part in the raid in 30-45 minutes.
- Make the stores send locked items to the bottom, out of players' way. Allow players to lock items. Right now players can't lock items, and items locked by CG still sit in the middle of a store so we have to scroll past them every time. What a waste. Better UI design in general, please.
- I don't mind the Episode Track requiring every single new character to do something b/c these are things that the characters can do at g11 and 3-stars. But I love the old days where there were so many characters left to level up that as players we got to make meaningful choices about what to work on. I'd love to see even more toons released even faster, but with not all of them required to be g12+ right away. Imagine releasing new factions of 8 or 9 toons with the faction required, but players able to choose whether they want to focus the team around a couple of character with TW omis or ones with GAC omis or ones that are just great characters and outperform Omi characters when the Omis aren't active to create good all-around squads that lack the high-punch of the Omis in specific game modes. As an end-game player, I don't feel like I'm making many choices anymore. In a resource management game, I'd like my choices -- about shard farming and which toons get my gear -- to matter.
Thanks for listening. Have a great new year.
