What’s the deal with Greedo?

Last night I noticed on Greedos profile screen he’s like ducking down way at the bottom of the screen. Plus not only does he look ridiculously bad but there’s also some glitch in his movements in battle. He would normally throw a thermal detonator not just stand there and flinch. Sometimes I wonder about $$CG$$ do they do anything right anymore???   Artwork used to be good. So good in fact they cared about it more than making new playable content for a few years. In my opinion an 8 year old BILLIONS and BILLIONS of dollars game should run smooth as silk and the characters shouldn’t look this bad.
