This guy is trolling you. Give Biggs a CD set and a health set. With Wedge lead against P4 HAAT, health primaries are not a bad idea. CD triangle. Same with Wedge, except a CC set instead of health.

Really, don't put tenacity and defense mods on them, both are useless. Better use crit damage and critical chance, with a potency cross on wedge if possible

+1 Reading is fundamental.

Offense secondaries are huge for them.

My gear 8 Wedge was doing crit damage 6-9k on his basic with crit chance and crit damage triangle. I gave him similar mods but with offense secondaries (35-85 each) and his basic was doing crits of 13-14k. That was a huge jump for mods which look pretty similar.

I don't use them for arena either but man, they make GW and Raids much more bearable even at such low gear levels!
