In the past it's been 2-3 weeks (usually closer to 2) between requirement announcements. That means 4-6 weeks from first announcement they'll be done with all requirements, and 2 - 3 weeks after that, the event will start.
6-9 weeks = 5-8 from now already. But since the Profundity requirements are fully announced, you've got that to worry about as well.
It's very likely that I'll miss the Profundity event (I should have everything ready except AdRad himself within 3 weeks. If I spend on AdRad's shards, though, I may very well not have enough gear to finish everything else, so...), which gives me an extra 12 weeks... but since we'll need Rogue1 toons for Conquest (I'm assuming), I'm just plowing forward with Profundity requirements first, other Rogue1 and Hutt clan after that, and we'll see what shakes out.
It's impossible to tell the exact dates, but it's not that hard to guess +/- a couple weeks.
