What does "Top 10% promote" mean in GAC now?

If I start in Chromium 4 and go 12-0 will I move to Chromium 3? Chromium 1? Next tier? Or will I move from Chromium 4 to Chromium 3 after going 3-0? Then drop back to Chromium 4 if I go 0-3 the ne...

As far as I know. If you go 3-0, 6-0 and so on, you'll move up in divisions in chromium....chromium 3 chromium 2 etc and if you end up 12-0 or probably 11-1 at the end of the event (top 10% in chromium), you'll end up moving to aurodium.
