I think best empire team is zader/tfp/DT/ep/shore.
Best sith team is zaul/Zavage/Zihilus/trooper/zooku.
Zetas required for "best" team.
There is a few variations these teams can go through and won't make a whole lot difference.

I run zader/palps/tfp/fett/shore. Top 20 on my shard.

I run Zader Palp TFP Sidious & Shore... since you lack Zader I'd run Palp lead and replace Vader w Boba or B2.... also, my Zader team only does as well as it does because I have speed them all up over 200 speed

Zader lead with zeta Sid, zeta DT, Krennic & GK is a fantastic team

I've neglected tie fighter pilot and no zetas, so I guess what is the best non zeta minus tfp team to run?

I have no zetas and currently run ep (l), vader, boba, shore and tfp and stay top 50. With no tfp you could possibly sub in maul bit you'd want a fast boba.

Fast TFP is a big key. Shore also helps.

Here is my roster, could I substitute anyone for TFP? I'm thinking...
